Blog Update

I have nothing else to post today. I was thinking of a better topic that might interest my readers. I am not even sure whether there is any follower to this blog. I've never gotten any comments. Anyways, this blog is intended for documentation purposes at the least.

I've made changes by adding "labels" to my postings. This makes it easy for anyone to read any postings following a certain grouping. Another change I made was adding the links to the videos of pictures and events gathered over the past 30 years (or shall I say 34-years if you start counting from the first year High School). This was shown during the last reunion held at Cerritos, California in July 2007.

How I wish, some members of the class would liven this forum and make it interactive (as described by Gamela earlier) by making their comments to these postings. I know of some very good writers in our batch. Maybe, they don't have the time to blog; or maybe they just want to stay behind the scene. At any rate, I still invite them to give their thoughts...

Remember, year 2010 is fast approaching for another great event in the life of StateHigh Class '77.

  1. Hi Ervin,

You accuse me of not visiting your blog... well, I am not directly a part of this group, that is my reason. But today, I am here and I congratulate you for the effort that you have put into making this blog. Being a blogger myself, I face many difficulties that sometimes, only my "technical support" friend (which is YOU)can help... thanks a lot! Know that a lot of readers do not want to leave comments, but they do read and enjoy (or maybe hate) what we write about... although, comments really make blogging 'funner'... a toast to you!

  2. Dear Dang (Nato's Wife),

Thank you for the encouraging words. I was at the point of giving up. But then I said to myself, who cares - I'll do this for myself. If no one would be interested, then my son or his children will one day read this blog and get to know me more and the friends I had while living on this earth. It's kind of legacy that I'm leaving behind that no amount of money can buy.

    Hi Ervin,

I visit this blog each time the reminder pops up on our yahoogroups. I love going through it. Several times the thoguht crossed my mind to send you pics but Ithe daily grind gets in the way. Keep it up, Vin. I prefer this than FB. It is more enduring.
